WHEN WILL SOCIAL SECURITY SEND THE SSI PAYMENT FOR JUNE?
According to SSA’s payment schedule for 2024, the next SSI payment will be due on May 31. So, there will not be a payment during June for those who get Supplemental Security Income.
That is why it is important to save this money for June, even if you receive it on May 31. It is true that it just arrives 24 hours in advance. However, this could mean the world to someone who has no money left and needs it to buy food or pay bills.
Bear in mind that Social Security approves SSI payments to those who have little to no money. What is more, this will be for those who are at least 65 years old, have a disability or are blind.
