Election Day will be a payment date for thousands of Americans receiving SNAP benefit checks. Of course, it is essential to have gotten approval to get any of this money from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Bear in mind that since October 1, 2024, all Food Stamps include the 2025 COLA increase.
SNAP benefits are over in some States that issue all the monthly payments on a single payday. For example, all Food Stamps were delivered to EBT (Electronic Benefits Transfer) cards on November 1 in Alaska, Vermont, Rhode Island, North Dakota, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
