Who receives the next disability benefit?
Not all beneficiaries who have an accepted disability benefit will be able to receive the next Social Security payment. To receive this check, the following requirements must be met:
- Have a previously accepted disability benefit.
- Have applied for a Social Security benefit after 1997.
- Have a birthday between the 21st and 31st of the month.
