Millions of Americans rely on Social Security benefits. The Administration has already announced the paydays for disability benefits. So, if you are on SSDI, save this date because it will be important.
Remember that even if you meet the strict definition of disability from SSA, you may not qualify for SSDI. In order to collect such payments, you must have filed and paid enough taxes to SSA.
Otherwise, you will not cash any disability benefits or even retirement benefits. Those who got the approval from SSA are looking forward to their next monthly check in November.
WHEN WILL SSDI BENEFICIARIES RECEIVE THEIR DISABILITY BENEFITS?
The next payday for those on SSDI disability benefits will be November 3 said SSA. Therefore, beneficiaries will receive average payments of about $1,486. Undoubtedly, the amount of money you qualify for depends on your earnings, filing age, and the number of years you paid taxes as you worked.
What is more, some high earners who filed at a later stage in their lives may receive up to $3,627. If you qualify for the November 3 payment, that could mean you are also on SSI.
SSI is the Supplemental Security Income and it is for those with a small check that have a disability. So, some Americans may get SSI and SSDI or retirement at the same time. However, these amounts are not so high.
In 2023, the maximum amount for SSI is $914 (single) or $1,371 for couples. The payday for SSI recipients in November is on the very first day. So, on November 3, you will have received the two checks if eligible.
ARE THERE MORE DISABILITY BENEFITS PAYMENTS IN NOVEMBER?
After November 3, there will be three more checks to come. So, if you are not eligible for the November 3 payment, you may get one of them. The maximum amounts are exactly the same for all SSDI payments regardless of the paydays.
To qualify for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI), you must meet @SocialSecurity’s definition of disability.

To qualify for the next Wednesday payments, you must have received benefits after May 1997. Not before. What is more, your birthdate also matters. So, check if your birth date matches the payday.
SSDI payments will arrive on November 8 for those whose birthdays are from 1-10 of the month. Thus, this could be another possibility for disability benefits payments.
After November 8, there will be another SSDI check in just one week. So, November 15 will be payday for SSDI beneficiaries too. As long as your birthday is from the 11-20.
Last but not least, are those whose birthdays are from 21-31. In their case, their SSDI benefits will reach their bank account on November 22. If you feel like going back to work and getting SSDI at the same time watch the video above.
