The amounts will depend on your earnings and the size of your household. For example, a single person can get up to $291. Families with four members can receive SNAP benefits worth $973. The maximum amount will be for 8 people and it is up to $1,751 in 2024.
New Mexico is sending Food Stamps through January 20, 2024. Just like Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington. To know when you get SNAP benefits in New Mexico you must check your Social Security Number.
WHICH BENEFICIARIES RECEIVE SNAP BENEFITS IN NEW MEXICO THROUGH JANUARY 20?
Those beneficiaries whose Social Security Number ends in 06, 26, 46, 66, and 86 will cash benefits on January 12. If it is 17, 37, 57, 77, and 97 on January 13. Food Stamp payments will arrive on January 14 if your SSN ends in 07, 27, 47, 67, or 87.
In Ohio, SNAP beneficiaries must pay attention to the case number. If it ends in 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 you will receive them on January 12, 14, 16, 18, or 20 respectively. Tennessee uses the SSN just like New Mexico.
Tennessee will send Food Stamps on January 12 if your SSN ends in 55-59. It could be on January 13 if it is 60-64. January 14 will be your payday in Tennessee if your SSN ends in 65-69.
The remaining SNAP checks will be for SSNs ending in 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90-94, 95-99. Washington will also continue sending Food Stamps through January 20.
NORTH CAROLINA, MICHIGAN, AND MISSISSIPPI FOOD STAMP PAYDAYS
These 3 States will send SNAP checks through January 21, 2024. Mississippi uses the beneficiary’s case number. So, if the last 2 digits are 47-52, you will receive benefits on January 12. It could be on the 13th if it ends in 53-58. The last payment will be for cases that end in 95-99 on Jan. 21.
Michigan uses the last digit of the client’s ID. There will be SNAP payments on January 13, 15, 17, 19, and 21 if your ID ends in 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 respectively. North Carolina uses the last digit of your SSN.
In fact, there are only 5 payments left in North Carolina. They will take place on January 13, 15, 17, 19 and 21. It will be for those whose SSN ends in 6, 7, 8, 9, and 0 respectively. Missouri is also sending checks this week, but they will continue paying SNAP benefits through January 22, 2024.
