When determining when we get our Social Security benefit in the United States we must take into account the payment days and requirements for those particular paydays. In total, the Administration sends out checks on 4 different days.
These payments are spread throughout each month and we can determine in advance on which day we are going to get our retirement check. We only have to look at the requirements for each day and thus the economic organization at home will be much simpler and more effective.
If we do not take into account these payment days, it is possible that we will not be able to calculate well the money we will have throughout the month. For that reason it is advisable to always keep in mind the Social Security calendar of retirement checks.
In order to know exactly on which day we will receive our retirement check, we must also take into account the method of payment we choose. Direct Deposit is not the same as the classic bank deposit method. Do you know when you will get your new Social Security payment?
NEXT SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENT DAYS
The maximum check of $4,555 per month from Social Security will arrive for only one group of retirees. Still, there will be one more day in October when the Administration will send another check. We could get only one of these payments, so we should check the requirements carefully.
The next payment will be on October 18th and this payment will be only for retirees born between the 11th and 20th of the month. Besides that, it is also necessary to have the Social Security benefit since after 1997.
After this payment there is only one more payment in October. This last payment will arrive on October 25th and will be only for retirees with an accepted benefit after 1997 and birthdays between the 21st and 31st of the month.
By activating Direct Deposit we will have the money without having to wait even one more day. Otherwise, the money will take a few days. The usual wait in these cases is three days, but since there is a weekend in between we may get the Social Security a little later.
