USDA has announced when the 48 contiguous States and the District of Columbia will send SNAP benefits to recipient’s EBT cards. As a matter of fact, only two States will send Food Stamps through March 15.
Utah and Wisconsin will have the same deadline to send SNAP benefits. Of course, there will be many more States sending money, but they have either more or fewer paydays.
Actually, Utah only has one payday left. The last SNAP check was on March 11. If the first letter of your last name is from “P” to – “Z”, your Food Stamps will be on your EBT card on March 15.
SNAP BENEFITS IN WISCONSIN
In fact, Wisconsin will just have three more paydays. March 12 will be your payment date if your Social Security Number ends in 7. Nevertheless, there will be no payments on March 13.
Those Food Stamps beneficiaries whose Social Security Number ends in 8 will collect their benefits on March 14. The last payday will be March 15, but only for those who have the necessary SSN.
If your Social Security Number ends in 9, your SNAP benefits will be issued on March 15 claims USDA. But what about the amounts of your Food Stamps through March 15?
FOOD STAMP AMOUNTS IN UTAH AND WISCONSIN
The United States Department of Agriculture has set the maximum benefits for citizens. To get $535, SNAP beneficiaries must qualify for the largest benefit amount for 2 members.
For that, recipients must have no money and no income, or very little. A single member can receive up to $291. If you are a a four-member family, you can collect a payment worth $973.
A family of three can get up to $766 from the Food Stamps program. The largest benefit is $1,751 if you are 8. Larger families can get $219 additionally for each extra person in the same household.
