Now that the SSDI payments are over in October, it is time to know when the Social Security Administration (SSA) has scheduled the November payments in the United States.
Fantastic news for those SSDI recipients who generally receive their Social Security Disability Insurance check or direct deposit on the 3rd. It will not be on that date in November.
When will Social Security issue the first SSDI payment in November?
November 1 will be the first possible payday for Disability Insurance recipients. This is an exceptional payday because it is often sent on November 3. For your information, SSA cannot send money on a holiday a Saturday, or Sunday.
Due to the fact that November 3 is a Sunday, the first SSDI payment will be issue ahead of schedule. Even if it is just 48 hours in advance, it will be awesome to get cash before you expected it.
The good news is not over for some disability recipients. Some of them qualify for Supplemental Security Income as well. As they tend to receive SSI on November 1, they will receive the 2 payments on the same date.
1st, 2nd and 3rd round of Wednesday payments for SSDI
The November 1 payment will be for those who are receiving SSI and SSDI simultaneously. And it will also be for those who started getting Social Security Disability Insurance before May 1997.
Those got started getting benefits after April 30, 1997 and are not on SSI will get money from the second Wednesday in November. Check paydays and eligibility below:
- disability payment on November 13: birth date from 1-10
- disability payment on November 20: birth date from 11-20
- disability payment on November 27: birth date from 21-31
Those who receive SSI and SSDI have another surprise. Social Security has scheduled the December payment for SSI on November 29. So, they will receive the 2 payments in the same month. Even if this is not an extra or bonus payment, it will be sent 2 days before the usual payday.
