SSI recipients can receive average checks of about $699. Therefore, it is far from the maximum for one worth $943. A married couple can receive about $1,415 and essential persons up to $472.
Social Security retirement benefits are $1,913 on average. However, SSDI benefits for those with a disability are worth about $1,537 on average. Time to apply if you are already 65!
