If you are a woman and you are already receiving SNAP benefits, this program may allow you to meet the income eligibility requirement. In general, to be eligible you must be:

Those women and their offsprings who meet the income requirements must also comply with the state residency rule. What is more, they must be at nutritional risk to receive payments from WIC. It will be determined by a health professional. As for your income, it must fall below or at 185% of the Poverty Income Guidelines in the USA.
