WHEN WILL SSA SEND SSDI DISABILITY BENEFITS IN MAY?

The number of years you must have worked is 35. What is more, it is the same number of years you must have earned the taxable maximum or contribution and benefit base. The last thing is to file late in retirement. Early filing will prevent you from getting the full amount.
The average disability benefits amounts are $699 for SSI and $1,537 for SSDI. The maximum SSI payment in May is worth $943 for a single recipient and $1,415 for married couples. The lower your income is, the higher your SSI payment could be.
