Disability benefits on July 24
If you meet all the essential requirements, you must have been born after the 20th to get Social Security Disability Insurance on July 24. This will be the last opportunity to get a direct deposit or check in July from SSA.
As for the amount of this monthly payment, it can be $1,537 on average. However, if you were a high earner for 35 years and filed for disability benefits close to Full Retirement Age, you could get up to $3,822.
Since this will be the last payment in July, let’s have a look at the next Supplemental Security Income and Social Security Disability Insurance Payments in August.
Disability Benefits in early August for SSI and SSDI
Supplemental Security Income will get their money on August 1. Their checks or direct deposits can be up to $943 (individual) or $1,415 (married couple). But there will be a new payment date on August 30 since the September payment needs to be sent in advance.
September 1 falls on the weekend, so SSA cannot send money on a Sunday. If you qualify for Social Security on the third, there will also be a payment date change.
SSDI recipients will get a check on August 2, 2024, if they are on SSI and Social Security, or if they have been on benefits before May 1997. After that, there will be an SSDI payment on Wednesday, August 14 if your birthday is from 1-10.
