There are just a few days left until the new month of November begins and that means that in the United States new Social Security disability payments will be arriving at American homes. If you are waiting for the new benefit check for the month of November you should know that there are only days to go before the first of the payments go out headed for American homes.
In the November Social Security Disability payments schedule we can find up to 5 different payments. Each of these payments is for a specific group of Americans and as a general rule retirees may only get 1 of these checks. But there are beneficiaries with a disability who may get up to two different checks.
Having 1 or 2 checks in the month of November will depend on the benefits we have accepted. If we have a retirement check, either for disability or for some other reason, we will have a check on one of the paydays. If, in addition to that payment, we have another one we may get those two checks during the month.
Even so, it is important to look at all the requirements for each payment. If we do not meet all the requirements, we will not be able to get the November benefit. Also, if the benefit is in the process of being accepted, we may have to wait until the following month to see the Social Security disability check.
NOVEMBER SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY PAYMENTS SCHEDULE
The Social Security Administration’s payment schedule for November covers both disability checks and all other retirements. Therefore, regardless of whether we have one type of benefit or the other we will be able to check this schedule.
What we must always keep in mind is that the requirements are fundamental to get one or the other check. It is not possible to get a check on the third Wednesday of the month without fulfilling all the established requirements. Having clarified this, let’s take a look at the complete payment calendar for November:
- November 1st. Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payment. Each and every SSI check for the month of November leaves the Social Security office on the 1st of the month. There are no exceptions or irregularities on this payment day.
- November 3rd. Only beneficiaries with a pre-1997 check can collect Social Security disability payments on this day.
- November 8th. Two requirements must be met to collect this payment. The first is to have a check from after 1997. The second requirement is to have the birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month.
- November 15th. As with the previous payment, it is necessary to have a Social Security disability check since after 1997. Also, a birthday between the 11th and 20th of the month is also required.
- November 22nd. The last Social Security payment for the month of November is for post-1997 retirees. It is also mandatory to have a birthday between the 21st and 31st of any month.
After these payments we will have to wait until December to get a new check. Disability retirees who want to get the benefit immediately will need to activate Direct Deposit. This collection method is the fastest of all and greatly expedites the process of getting Social Security checks.
If you have a Supplemental Security Income payment and a retirement check, you will get two payments, each on the respective day. Both payments can be made through Direct Deposit to avoid delays and problems.
