Food Stamps will be sent through July 28. Therefore, there are many States that are sending money to Electronic Benefits Transfer cards this week. EBT will be reloaded so that SNAP recipients can go grocery shopping and save money on healthy food.

Remember that you can only get Food Stamps if you get approval. Since it is a benefit for low-income families any change in your financial situation may affect eligibility.

Food Stamps & maximum amounts for individuals

The 48 contiguous States and the District of Columbia share the same maximum amounts. However, there are some States and U.S. territories that have larger payments.

For example, Alaska, Guam, the U.S Virgin Islands, and Hawaii have higher amounts than the 48 contiguous States and DC. In this case, Guam will be sending the largest checks this week.

Alaska and the U.S. Virgin Islands sent all the money on July 1. Hawaii by July 5. So, Guam is the one with the largest checks sending Food Stamps through July 10. It is in Guam when a single recipient can get up to $430. Most States only pay up to $291.
