USDA has announced the SNAP payments that will take place between the December 4-31, Food Stamps beneficiaries get ready

SNAP benefits will continue to reach EBT cards through December 28

The United States Department of Agriculture announced the states that are sending SNAP payments this week. While states like Alaska, Rhode Island, Vermont, North Dakota, and the U.S. Virgin Islands sent all their checks on December 1, others still continue to do so.

For example, Alabama starts sending SNAP checks on December 4 through December 23. Arizona, Arkansas, and Minnesota will also send checks from December 4 through December 13.

Several States send Food Stamps from December 1-10 and they are: California, Colorado, Connecticut, D.C., Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Nevada, Oklahoma, and South Carolina.

WHO WILL SEND SNAP CHECKS ON DECEMBER 4 AND 5?

Nebraska and New Jersey will send Food Stamps on both days. Hawaii will send this money on December 5. Delaware, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, and Indiana will send checks through December 23. Florida and Texas will pay the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program through December 28.

Wyoming is sending checks on December 4 and that will be the last payday. Montana through Dec. 6 and New Hampshire until Dec. 5. Another group of States started on December 1-2 and will continue paying SNAP benefits until December 20. They are New Mexico, Ohio, Tennessee, and Washington.

It will take one day longer to receive Food Stamps in Mississippi, Michigan, and North Carolina. So they can get their cash through December 21. It will be until December 22 in Missouri.

Kentucky will send SNAP benefits through December 19. Maine and Massachusetts through December 14. New York, West Virginia, and Oregon will only pay benefits until December 9. Virginia sends Food Stamps from December 1-7.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FOOD STAMPS IN PENNSYLVANIA?

Pennsylvania will finish paying SNAP checks on the 14th. South Dakota will only have one payday on December 10. Unlike most states, Utah has three paydays, December 5, 11, and 15.

The maximum amounts SNAP beneficiaries can get in the 48 contiguous states are the same. The District of Columbia also pays these amounts. For example, if you are just one person, you check can be up to $291.

A family of four can collect a large payment of up to $973. Bear in mind that USDA only gives part of the money you need for food. As a matter of fact, you must have other earnings.

Of course, your income must be low. The largest amount this year is $1,751 if you have an 8-member family in the United States and meet the income an resources requirements. Average payments are usually smaller, so do not expect large amounts.
