A new allowance payment has been issued by the State of Alaska Department of Revenue. Thanks to the Permanent Fund Dividend, eligible recipients will collect a new check on November 27.
In fact, this check is worth a great deal of money since an eligible recipient who qualified can get $1,702. DOR in Alaska confirms that the new payment will be $1,702, up from $1,312 for the 2023 payment this year.
New Allowance from the PFD in Alaska payment schedule
November 21 will certainly not be the last day when eligible recipients can receive this new allowance in 2024. As a matter of fact, your payday may not be November 21, but December 19, 2024.
To know if you can receive your money from this new allowance in December, you must check the status on December 11, 2024. If it says “Eligible-Not Paid”, your payment will be delivered on December 19.
December 19 will be the last payday for this new allowance in 2024. However, there will be another check on January 16. To know if you qualify, you can check the status of your application on January 8, 2024.
Applications for this new allowance in 2025
The application window is not open in 2024. Bear in mind that the last day to apply for it was March 31, 2024. Nevertheless, you will not have to wait for long for a new allowance coming in 2025.
