60-dollar bonus & new SNAP payment dates for September with checks of up to $291 in this State

Here is the State which will give recipients a bonus of up to $60 apart from their monthly allotment for SNAP (Food Stamps) benefits

USDA has confirmed the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) payments for Colorado in September. Colorado will send Food Stamps from September 1, through September 10, 2024.

Colorado will use the recipient’s Social Security Number to arrange paydays. For example, if your Social Security Number ends in 1, your SNAP payment will be due on September 1, 2024.

Those citizens who qualify for Food Stamps can receive payments of up to $291 (individual) on the following paydays. Families of 4 can receive up to $943 and an 8-member family up to $1,751.

$60-dollar bonus for SNAP recipients in Colorado

Apart from receiving money from USDA, the Colorado Department of Human Services has launched the Colorado SNAP Produce Bonus. Those citizens who are already receiving Food Stamps can get a bonus of up to $60 per month.

There is no need to apply or sign up. All you have to do is visit an eligible market. There, you can spend up to $20 on eligible vegetables and fruits. Then, you will receive a match of up to $20 per purchase and up to a 60-dollar limit per month.
