The Social Security Administration will not finish sending payments this month until March 27. Disability and retirement beneficiaries, regardless of their age, may receive a payment if eligible.
March 27 could be your payment date if you are on disability or retirement benefits after April 30, 1997. Besides, your birthday must fall from the 21 to the 31. If so, this check or direct deposit will be yours.
The amount of money you will receive will depend on several factors. Social Security will pay more money if you filed late. Early filers get a 30% reduction in most cases.
