Stimulus check payments are almost over for the vast majority of Americans. Even if some can still claim it because they do not know they qualify, it is time to move on and look for alternatives.
Alaskans will soon receive a new payment if they are eligible. This money comes from the Permanent Fund Dividend or the PFD. These PFD checks can give you up to $1,312.

WHEN WILL THE NEXT PFD PAYMENT TAKE PLACE IN ALASKA?
According to the PFD official website, the next check will be due on April 18, 2024. In about one week, beneficiaries will have to check their status to see if their money is coming or not.
Beneficiaries who are entitled to a payment worth $1,312 will see that their status will say “Eligible” but “Not paid” on April 10. Then, if it says so, they will just have to wait until the Permanent Fund Dividend sends checks on April 18.
The thing is it is not possible to file for these PFD payments now. It was last March 31 when the filing season ended. But there will be another check after the one on April 18.
WHEN IS THE NEXT PFD PAYMENT AFTER APRIL 18?
Apparently, after April 18 there will be another check due on May 16, 2024. Once more, those who have not gotten their money after April should check their status on May 8.
To do so, all you have to do is to log in to your “myPFD”. The Permanent Fund Dividend has allowed this link https://myinfo.pfd.dor.alaska.gov/ so applicants can see the status at any time.
If you have recently applied for the 2024 PFD, the new amount is not available yet. Undoubtedly, any money will come in handy since it is always better than nothing.
