USDA, through the Food and Nutrition Service, has confirmed the 2 States that will send SNAP benefits later in the month. As a matter of fact, it will be in Florida and Texas.
To know if you get SNAP benefits in early or late March in these 2 States, you will need to pay attention to your case number (Florida) and your Eligibility Determination Group number (Texas).
Florida will send SNAP checks worth up to $1,751 from March 1 through March 28. The Food Stamp office will send the money using the 9th and 8th digits of your case number (backward).
WHO WILL GET SNAP BENEFITS IN LATE MARCH IN FLORIDA?
If your case number 9th and 8th digits are 82-85, you will receive Food Stamps on March 24th. Those whose case number 9th and 8th digit are 86-88 will get it on the 25th.
March 26 could be your payday in Florida if your 9th and 8th digit are 89-92. Those whose case number is 93-95 (9th & 8th digit) will get their SNAP benefits on March 27.
The last day to collect SNAP checks will be March 28 if your case number 9th & 8th digit are 96-99. The Food Stamp amount will depend on your earnings and household size. Maximum amounts range from $291 (single) to $1,751 (8 members).

To learn your payment day in March if you are on SNAP benefits, you must check your Eligibility Determination Group number. Bear in mind that there could be different EDG numbers for the same payment date.
