TEXAS IS SENDING SNAP PAYMENTS THROUGH DECEMBER 28
The last two paydays in Texas are almost done. Let us have a look at the way this State arranges payments to see on which day you can cash your Food Stamps before 2024.
To know when your SNAP checks arrive in Texas you need to know your Eligibility Determination Group number. It is also known as EDG and you will just need the two last digits of the eligibility determination group number.
For example, if your EDG ends in 39-41, you will receive up to $1,155 on December 27 if you are a family of 5. Another possibility to cash Food Stamps on December 27 is to have an EDG that ends in 46-49.
The last opportunity to cash SNAP benefits if you live in Texas is to have an EDG number that ends in 93-95. If you do not qualify, then your payment must be on the 28. The missing EDG numbers are 42-45, 50-53, 96-99. If you have any of them, your payments will arrive on December 28, 2023.
MISSING FOOD STAMP PAYMENTS IN FLORIDA
Just like in Texas, there are two SNAP payments left in Florida. The thing is Florida arrange payments in a different way, even if they are on the same days. This State uses the 9th and 8th digit of your case number read backward. Then, they drop the 10th digit of your case number.
For instance, if your case number 9th and 8th digit are 93-95, then your Food Stamps will arrive on December 25. If you are five members in your family, the maximum amount in Florida is also $1,155.
Those SNAP beneficiaries in Florida whose 9th and 8th digit are 96-99 will get it on December 28. Other possible amounts for both Florida and Texas on December 27 and 28 are up to $1,386 if you are 6. Families of 7 can get up to $1,532 or $1,751 if you are 8.
A single person can get in Florida and Texas up to $291. This could be $535 if you are two members in the same household. Families of 3 can receive SNAP benefits worth up to $766 or $973 if you are 4.
