The SNAP payment schedule for the 48 contiguous States, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia is ready for December. Most States have delivered all or almost all the November payments. If you suffered the consequences of a natural disaster, Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program may be available in your State.
Only the States of Texas and Florida will continue issuing SNAP payments through November 28, 2024. Then, Food Stamps will be sent from December 1, through December 28, 2024.

For example, all recipients in Alaska get the SNAP money on the same day, but it can be on ten different days in California and other States. Each one chooses a different payday eligibility method.

Only the 48 contiguous States and the District of Columbia share the same maximum SNAP payment amounts. For example, if you are a family of 8, you can receive up to $1,756 thanks to the 2025 COLA which started on October 1, 2024.
A family of 2 can receive up to $536 from SNAP, and a 3-member household can get up to $768. It could be up to $975 if you are 4 people living together. A sing person can receive up to $292.
