Recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), commonly known as food stamps, are about to receive new payments in several U.S. states.
Unlike Social Security checks, SNAP payments are administered directly by each state, which means payment dates may vary.
Which States Will Send SNAP Payments This Week?
Before the 3rd of each month, many states send payments to SNAP recipients. However, not all recipients in these states will receive a payment at the same time.
Some states distribute payments in a staggered manner, so it is crucial to check the payment schedule to see when the benefit will be available.
