Is it possible to receive SNAP benefits worth up to $2,588? Although it is not possible in the 48 continuous States and the District of Columbia, there are higher Food Stamp payments in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

In fact, Alaska and Hawaii are the States with the largest SNAP checks, even if Hawaii got a reduction after the 2025 COLA increase. But these 2 States have no payments left. Actually, Guam will be sending Food Stamps of up to $2,588.

Who is eligible for SNAP checks of up to $2,588?

Not all SNAP recipients in Guam qualify for such a large payment. That is the maximum amount for a family of 8 without reductions. Thus, you could still be 8 and do not qualify for a check worth $2,588.

Those households with other benefits, earnings, or sources of income may see how their benefits are not so high. A single person in Guam can receive $431, while that is just $292 for an individual in the 48 contiguous States and D.C. Check eligibility in Guam, it depends on your Social Security Number:
