The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has unveiled the upcoming payments in Texas and their eligibility. Bear in mind that there are so many SNAP recipients that not all of them receive their Food Stamps on the same payday.

What is the same for all SNAP recipients in the 48 contiguous States is the maximum amounts. A family of four can receive up to $975 while if you are 8 it can be up to $1,756.

SNAP payments left in Texas through October 15

If you got certified before June 1, 2020, here you are the upcoming paydays. The State of Texas uses the last 2 digits of the eligibility determination group. That is, your EDG. If it ends in 5, you will receive your Food Stamps on October 9. Those whose EDG end in 6, will receive money on the 11th.

If your SNAP payment is on October 12, your EDG must end in 7. Those Food Stamp recipients in Texas whose EDG ends in 8 will get money on their EBT cards on October 13.

The last SNAP payment for those who were certified before June 1, 2020 will be on the 15, but your EDG must end in 9. If certified after June 1, 2020, read the payment list below.
