One of the biggest advantages that United States citizens with a Social Security benefit have is that they can know the day they will receive their check. When a worker in the United States is waiting to get a paycheck, they don’t know exactly when that will happen. However, a retiree can always know on what day of the month they will receive their payment.
Since the Social Security Administration announces the schedule of payments well in advance, retirees have a lot of leeway to organize their monthly finances. And in this case, we can see that the November 2023 payment schedule is now available, making it much easier to determine when we will get our check.
While it is true that the payment calendar does not announce the days on which we will get the payment, it does announce when the Administration will send it. Knowing how to recognize this information is important, because depending on the payment method chosen, we will get the money sooner or later. Therefore, having a Social Security check will mean knowing the approximate date of the payment.
Just by checking the requirements for each day you will be able to see at what time in November you will have the check in your pocket. The method is very easy to follow and thanks to it we can organize in the best possible way all the economy within our household. When will Social Security send each November check?
SOCIAL SECURITY SCHEDULE FOR NOVEMBER
In addition to Social Security retirement payments, whether for disability or some other reason, the Administration will send out the Supplemental Security Income check in November. Recall that SSI did not reach retirees in October due to a scheduling irregularity. So, it is a relief to know that in November we will have access to this check.
Here are the days on which the United States SSA will send each of the checks and the target group:
- November 1st. Supplemental Security Income payment. This check is for all recipients of this benefit.
- November 3rd. Social Security check for pre-1997 retirees. This is the only requirement to get this payment.
- November 8th. Retirees with a post-1997 benefit and birthday between the 1st and 10th of the month are paid on this day.
- November 15th. In order to get this benefit, it is mandatory to have a check after 1997 and to have a birthday between the 11th and 20th of any month.
- November 22nd. Last payment day of November. This payment is for post-1997 retirees with a birthday between the 21st and 31st of the month.
After that payment will begin the December payment schedule, where we will find an extra payday for a January 2024 Social Security irregularity.
MORE SSA PAYMENTS IN OCTOBER
Although the November payment schedule is already announced, the Social Security Administration will still send out a new check in October. Still, only a specific group of Americans can get this October 25th payment.
In order to collect the check on the last day of October, it is necessary to belong to the fourth group of retirees. This means that it is mandatory to have the benefit since after 1997 and the birthday between the 21st and 31st of the month.
By simply activating Direct Deposit we will be able to get this payment as well as any other Social Security payment instantly. So we won’t have to wait a single day to use the benefit money for whatever we need.
