SSDI payments are for those workers who have earned enough Social Security credits and have a qualifying disability. Every month, the Administration sends four disability insurance payments.
Then, if you did not qualify for the June 3rd SSDI payment, but you are on disability insurance, there are three possible paydays. The next round of disability checks will start on June 12.
SSDI ELIGIBILITY NEXT WEEK
To receive the Social Security Disability Insurance benefit payment on Wednesday, June 12, you must meet one condition. Were you born from the 1st to the 10th from January to December?
If so, this will be your next SSDI payment. Undoubtedly, you must report any changes in your health. For example, if you overcome your liability due to surgery, new medical breakthroughs, or techniques, you may lose eligibility.
Those who start work while on SSDI benefits should also be careful because they could get overpayments. Make sure you inform Social Security so they can tell you if your benefits are reduced or not.
SSDI IN 2 OR 3 WEEKS
Disability beneficiaries who get a new payment on June 18 have their birthdays from 11-20. Instead of Wednesday, June 19, SSDI will be due on the previous day because of the Juneteenth holiday.
Acutally, if you are on Disability Insurance but did not receive your payment by June 18, your next payday will be June 26. So, there will only be two checks or direct deposits on Wednesdays and one on Tuesday.
If you began receiving Social Security before May 1997, July 3 will be when your receive your next monthly payment. Disability recipients who get Supplemental Security Income or SSI will have their next payment date on July 1, 2024.
As for the maximum amounts, some eligible disability insurance recipients will get up to $3,822. Average payments for workers, spouses, and children are worth $1,395. Workers with a disability can get about $1,537 on average.
