One of the main objectives of the SNAP Food Stamps checks is to make a healthy diet more present in the everyday life of United States citizens. Among other things, the money from this benefit cannot be used to buy things like alcohol, which is not recommended for health.
As the SNAP Food Stamps money cannot be used on just any purchase the American must spend it on what he or she really needs. And in most cases this money is used to buy necessary food, making the diet of these citizens healthier and more balanced.
Even so, it is true that the money from this benefit can sometimes not be used for the main purpose. The list of foods on which the SNAP Food Stamps check can be spent is very long. But much of the target is met, so it is good news to get this monthly check.
Later this week many states will be sending out new payments of this benefit for Americans to have access to food. So if we live in one of these states and meet the requirements, we will only have to wait a few days until we have the money available.
WHICH STATES ARE SENDING OUT SNAP FOOD STAMPS THIS WEEK?
There are some states that have already finished the SNAP Food Stamps check payment schedule, but some of them are still sending out new checks. Therefore, if we do not have SNAP money available yet, it is possible that we will get it in the next few weeks.
Remember that Food Stamp payments depend on each state. Unlike Social Security checks, Food Stamp payments are sent on different days depending on where you live.
Here are the states where we can get SNAP Food Stamps this week:
- Alabama: November 4 to 23
- Delaware: November 2 to 23
- Florida: November 1 to 28
- Georgia: November 5 to 23Indiana: November 5 to 23
- Louisiana: November 1 to 23
- Maryland: November 4 to 23
- Michigan: November 3 to 21

- North Carolina: November 3-21
- Ohio: November 2-20
- Tennessee: November 1 to 20
- Texas: November 1 to 28

It is important to always keep in mind that the payment schedule for this benefit is indicative. There are some states that pay all benefits on the same day and there are others where payments are sent in alphabetical order of beneficiaries.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT I HAVE FOOD STAMPS MONEY AVAILABLE?
In addition to looking at what day our State will send out SNAP Food Stamps checks, there are other ways to keep track of the money coming in from this benefit. The best way to know exactly whether or not we have already collected the money is to look at the balance on our EBT card.
As soon as the EBT card has more money on it than before, we will know that we have already gotten the SNAP Food Stamps money. There are many ways to check the balance and the participating stores will be able to help you do it.
Remember that you can’t just buy anything with this money and you can’t use this card in every store. Also, keep in mind that in some states it is possible to use this card to eat at restaurants.
