Who can receive $1,918 from Social Security on July 17?

There are several requirements to get money from Social Security on July 17. One of them is to get approval from SSA after having filed. These payments are not for you if you have not filed for retirement benefits yet.

What is more, you cannot receive SSI to get the payment on July 17. Another important thing is that you cannot have received retirement benefits before May 1997.

The last condition Social Security set has to do when the day you were born. If your birthday is from the 11th to the 20th, you can get retirement benefits on Wednesday, July 17. As for the amount, you could get $1,918 if you qualify for an average payment. Amounts may vary from one retiree to another though.

The requirements to get a monthly payment on July 24 will be almost the same as for the one on July 17. However, Social Security will send direct deposits or checks to those whose birthday is from 21-31.

The average payment will also be the same for those eligible for the July 24 payday. Retirees can also get $1,918 on average. If you were a high earner and filed at the age of 70, you could receive up to $4,873.

Those who filed at Full Retirement Age can get up to $3,822. If you are an early filer, your average check can be about $1,298 and the maximum benefit could be up to $2,710.
