HOW MUCH MONEY WILL USDA SEND TO SNAP RECIPIENTS THIS WEEK?
The maximum amount will depend on the earnings, family size, and other eligibility criteria. However, if you are single, you can receive a SNAP check worth up to $291. On average, that could be about $202 said CBPP.
Families of 2 can receive on average $372 but Food Stamps could reach $535. If you are three members living together in the same household, your payment could be worth $766 or $598 on average. $973 is the maximum amount for four-member families in the United States. The largest SNAP payments are for families of 5, 6, 7, and 8 since they could receive up to $1,155, $1,386, $1,532, or $1,751 respectively. Additional members could increase the amount for 8 by $219.
